Many of our privately-owned sites are available for rent through the reservation’s office, call 305-745-2494 to speak to a friendly staff member or use the Book Online button at the top of the page to view availability.

It is the specific intent of the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation to maintain the RV Resort as an exclusive luxury RV resort. To be used solely by RV’s having their own bath, toilet, and kitchen facilities, which shall be hooked up to existing water, sewer and electric utilities provided at each lot.

RV Requirements: RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) RV’s Only. Class A, B & C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers at least 24 feet in length with all slides in. Trailer hitch not included in overall length. Non RVIA vehicles such as buses, box trucks, or storage trailers converted into motorhomes or travel trailers are not allowed. Soft-sided pop-out trailers or hybrids, truck campers, and tents are not allowed. Outdoor camping is prohibited. Commercial semi-tractor trailer tow vehicles and tow trucks are not allowed.

Rates: are based on 2 adults, every person age 13 and over is an additional $10 per day plus tax. 6 person maximum per RV regardless of age. Guests are allowed to have up to 10 people on the site during the day. All daily visitors must exit the park by 10:00 PM. Rates are not guaranteed until 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date.

Lot Locations:

  • Bayfront lots (#40 thru #81)
    Waterfront lots with breathtaking views that overlook SaddleBunch Bay.
  • Canal-side lots (#1 thru #16, #38 & #39)
    Located on Bluewater Canal and most have access to the water.
  • Tropical lots (#17 thru #37)
    Off-water lots that are adjacent to common grounds and near the pool. Tropical lots have access to Bluewater Canal from the NEW 200 foot Community dock.

Tier Descriptions (amenities may vary from lot to lot):

  • Silver Level Lots
    This is considered to be our “basic” lot with all the necessary amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay at Bluewater Key. Most lots average 35 ft X 80 ft and may accommodate Big Rigs, 5th wheels and travel trailers. Certain lots are motorcoach ONLY and RV length restrictions apply. Each lot has 30 and 50 amp electric service, public water/sewer, HD cable TV and free WIFI. Silver level lots may have smaller tiki huts, but may still provide a comfortable area to relax outdoors. All of our lots are uniquely landscaped to the Owners’ preference. Tiki huts with exterior lighting and outdoor seating are standard. Silver lots typically have a concrete patio adjacent to your rig and pea rock for parking with enough room for your rig and one additional car or truck. Boats may not be parked on lots. Floor surface in the tiki may consist of pea rock, wooden or composite decking. All Bay Side lots have private floating docks with swim ladders. Silver Canal lots have private docks or decks as well; with most allowing access to the canal. All of our Tropical Side lots have access to the water by means of the new 200′ Community Dock on Blue Water Canal. Boat slips are available for lease on a daily rate. Please contact the Concierge desk for availability.
  • Gold Level Lots
    The Gold Level is our Resort “standard” offering. These lots include all of the basic amenities of the Silver Level, but also may have larger tiki huts with a ceiling fan and lighting, windscreens, improved parking surfaces and flooring in the tiki; such as, concrete or pavers. Most Gold Level lots have some cabinetry, dining tables and chairs and possibly a small refrigerator and outdoor sink. Some Owners may provide a TV and/or microwave, but it is not required.
  • Platinum Level Lots
    These lots are “top of the line” RV sites. You can expect your Platinum Level lot to have all the same comforts that are found with Silver and Gold Level lots, along with larger tiki huts, comfortable outdoor furniture for dining and lounging, cabinetry, sinks, and refrigerators (some full size). Some Owners may provide flat screen TV’s, but again it is not mandatory.
  • Platinum Plus Level Lots
    Occasionally there comes an opportunity to experience something that is “Over The Top”! We think most of our properties at BlueWater® Key are outstanding, but when an outstanding property meets with an outstanding Owner, magic happens, and we call that “Platinum Plus”! These lots, which are individually priced, offer true luxury in RV-ing. If you want to celebrate a special anniversary, break in that new coach or splurge on yourself the way you obviously deserve, THIS is it! These lots are unique and each one deserves that special designation and distinction of being “Platinum Plus!”. Please check out our distinct selection in the Rentals Section.
