To say this lot has the “works” is an understatement! Best of all, the tiki is literally right on the water with beautiful cypress steps w/SS handrails that allow you to walk safely down into the water. There is also a freshwater rinse station conveniently located by the tiki where you can rinse off after your saltwater dip. A walkway leads from your Tiki out to your private dock, swim ladder, and underwater light, which attracts fish at night. Don’t forget your boat which will look great tied up to your private dock along with your kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys. Bring along your fishing gear and snorkel/masks to really enjoy the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of the Lower Keys.
Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful and easiest lots in the resort to get into or out of. Plenty of swing room to either “pull in” if you have a coach or “back in” if you have a 5th wheel or trailer. It has all the utilities necessary to support both types of RVs! Also plenty of room for the largest RVs with all the slides, awnings, tow, golf cart, motorcycles, etc. Utilities include water/sewer/cable HD-TV, WiFi, and 20/30/50 amp electrical service. Daily garbage collection and recycling is by the curb. This lot is in absolutely new condition!
Be prepared to enjoy this superb private property, located just off the main entranceway to the resort, which means little through traffic, is very quiet, and is across from both the People and Puppy Parks. BWK is a “pet-friendly” resort so bring along your “fur babies” (max 2) to enjoy the Dog Park, which is just a hop and jump from your vacation spot! This area of the Resorts’ bayfront is unique in that no one parks across the street from you. Your Bay Front view is of the morning sunrises and evening views are of the moon over the bay; both can be breathtaking! This lot has a total panoramic view of the open bay, so your view is unrestricted. Great view from your coach also! Your view to the rear of the lot is into a beautifully serene landscaped tropical park. Doesn’t get any better than this! We believe this lot offers you the true BWK experience! Just minutes from Key West, where you can find some of the finer restaurants and nightlife if you feel like venturing out! Also, we have some great restaurants, and deli’s just down the street!
