There are three types of sites at Bluewater Key: Poolside, Canal, and Waterfront.  All sites include full hookups:

•  30/50 amp electrical service, water, sewer, cable TV
•  Most sites have tiki huts and phone hookups (extra)

•  Boat dockage and trailer storage is available for all sites

Poolside/Offwater Sites

These sites border the common area for the clubhouse and pool.  Water access is available from a 100' dock along the Blue Canal.

Canal Sites

Canal sites border the Blue Canal on the sunset side of the resort.  Each canal site has its own dock and tiki hut.

Waterfront Sites

The picturesque Bluewater Bay provides the view for all waterfront sites.  Each site has a floating dock for easy access to boating, fishing, and swimming.
