Before you buy – Please be aware of the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants. The By-Laws of the Association contain restrictions including:
- Limit of two pets
- No boats or storage trailers may be stored on owner’s lot at any time. A storage area is provided for these items.
- Limit of two vehicles/trailers/boats per lot in storage area (may be subject to minimal charge) with additional storage pending availability and may be subject to charge.
- No permanent structures designed or intended as living quarters.
- No structures that are not intended to be temporary, including storage sheds.
- No screened-in porches, carports, metal awning or other type of permanent extended overhang.
- Only one recreational vehicle per lot.
- No commercial activity on any lot including the use of lot for a home occupation.
