Bluewater Key RV Resort is an RV ownership park. All sites are individually owned and all owners are members of the Resort Association. The operation of the resort is overseen by an elected Board of Directors and Resort Manager. OWNERSHIP INFORMATION:
Rental income is split 85% to owner and 15% to Association. Association Dues for 2011 are $3300. Taxes average about $3500-$5000/year Owner pays electric and water (averages $150-$250/month), 2% fee for credit card charges on rentals and site landscaping (averages $65/month).

- Limit of two pets
- No boats or storage trailers may be stored on owner’s lot at any time. A storage area is provided for these items.
- Limit of two vehicles/trailers/boats per lot in storage area (may be subject to minimal charge per foot) with additional storage pending availability and may be subject to charge per foot.
- No permanent structures designed or intended as living quarters.
- No structures that are not intended to be temporary, including storage sheds.
- No screened-in porches, carports, metal awning or other type of permanent extended overhang.
- Only one recreational vehicle per lot.
- No commercial activity on any lot including the use of lot for a home occupation.
